When you say you are logged in, you mean in your system settings? You need to be logged into your Apple ID account in your system settings > Game Center.
If you are, but the game is still giving you that message, could you try to restart the game? You would need to completely close it, and then open it again.

I’ve had the same problem and I looked on the Game Center and all it said was my name and what I’m allowed to do with it nothing about access to sims so please can you help me because I really enjoy your new game and I’ve got it on all my devices so I don’t lose my data. Thank you, much obliged.xxxx
- Anonymous8 years agoI’m already logged in with Game Center on both my iPad and phone (I’m trying to connect the two) but it won’t let me log in on the app. I also have a Facebook but that option doesn’t show?? (Ps I’m on IOS)

The same problem as #2 - Anonymous8 years agoI am having the same problems, and I am logged onto Game Center, and I have deleted the app twice to retry and nothing has happened. Please help I don’t want to leave my progress
Did you guys use the same age on both devices? I think you need to be a certain age to use the function, I'm not sure tho.

- I have the same problem.
I am connected to Game Center but the game doesn’t realize it.
The option to log in from a Facebook/Twitter/EA account is not present in my game.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game. Turning the phone off and on. Closing and restarting the app. There is no way for me to link the game and save it. - Anonymous8 years agoI already signed into Game Center on my system settings but it sill says I need to sign in.
Try disconnect GameCenter on your Device that you’re using to play the Sims mobile on ,
Close out of game centre in your iOS device settings, then reconnect Game Centre In your iOS device
go back into Sims mobile and see if it’s connected
Repeat this again if it does not work and do a boot of your device by pressing the home button and off on switch at the same time until your device shuts off .
When you device boots back up go into your settings sign into game Centre then go back into the mobile game should be reconnected keyword is should be , I am not a tech but this is solve problems in the past
