Can you check your wall when you turn the camera around? It may be that one strand is blocking the other from view.

Found the one that disappeared from my house that way. Thanks! But 3 strands of lights that went into inventory too quickly for me to place in the house, have disappeared. Not in inventory; not on any wall. I’m on part 7, but only have 3 of the 6 rewards earned by now....

Finally figured out that I’m earning the right to select different colors of the same item. So, if have one stand of lights but could change it to several colors. That’s why nothing new physically added to inventory. I feel cheated!
It is a new feature that you can now unlock colours on items. You might be able to get more strands of lights when the actual event starts.
