Hi @EA_DragonsEye yes that was me haha. I just happen to have posted the topic here first before discovering I can reach out directly to you. Thank you so much! You solved my issue within an hour! My sims and I are happy to be together again after weeks of being apart lol.
- @EA_DragonsEye Hello. Can you please help me out? I faced the same problem. I use iOS and wanted to log in on my iPad. But on my phone the game got reset to level 1. I was on level 42. But my friend list is okay and the parties are also there that I was attending. I am so sad. I spent real money for this game. If I give my player ID, is it possible to get my progress back? Please?
