Hello Boys and Girls, i have a problem. I cant get acsess to the transfermarket trough the fc 25 web app. It says i need to earn it and play a couple of matches to unlock it for a few days, however i played it since friday now and i still dont get any acsess to the market. My account exist since 2017 or something so its not a new account either. How can i unlock it so i can use the transfermarket trough the web app ? please help, any suggestions what i can do ?

Hi! I'm playing on console from six days (three matches per day) but transfer market on Web App it's not available. 

What more can I have to do?

Hey, its been quite some time now and I still do not have access to the transfer market. There is something in my ban history in FC 24 but it just says sanction and I do not remember why that happened. I have read the info article and I play a lot of games a day and also often use the transfer market in FC25.

I have had an EA account since 2008 and played 100s of games in FC24. I purchased the Ultimate version of FC25 and played consistently since launch last week yet still don't have access to the transfer market on the web app or companion!!

The playtime feature consistently disables and resets on its own. 

It's a joke having to 'earn' access to a feature of a game that you spent £70+ for. 

Sort it out!!!

I was sanctioned on fc24 and I read all the Ea articles and they said bans dont carry on to the next fc25 game, and I have tried to contact anyone from ea or fc25 team and I cant get ahold of anyone. It says in the article that I should play 3 games for like 3 days or something to unlock my transfer market unlocked, and I have been playing for like a week now more than 3 games a day and I've emailed ea like 100 times and opened 5 cases and still no one can help me what should I do to get my transfer market unlocked????

I agree with the others and I have played 110 matches since pre release. I still don’t have access to the transfermarket in web/companion.

i have seen that the time spent in EA FC is not displayed correctly. Is this the reason that it still has not been enabled?

please take a look into my case.

yes, I have had a ban in EA FC 24 but friends of mine who have had a full ban that has been worse have had access on day 1 pre release without to earn access! How is this possible? 
We have done more than enough to get access to a fundamental feature of this game that we have paid 100 dollars for. 
please finally do your part and let es use it. If the playtime is an issue, than please fix it and look into my case specifically. See the screenshot attached.

I have contacted the support team and chat more than often.they encouraged me to open a case here.
