If the status still shows "In Progress," it indicates that the investigation is still ongoing. You will receive an email with all the details once it's completed, and the status will change to "Resolved." It may take a couple of days, depending on the current volume of the queue.

Defo not me logging in mate, it states times that i haven't been online and even times when ive been sleeping.
Again it's been over 7 full days now and it dosent even feel like the start of a very long winded journey with you guys.
I have a slight feeling it has something to do with me transfering to pc,. Ive been playing on xbox the last 15 years with various accounts. And within a week of me playing on pc I'm permanenty banned for life even tho I've never had any other disciplinary issues. Not even a warning or soft ban whatever. Could there be any truth to this?
Do you supply any compensation for wrongful bans because I only brought the game a few days prior to being banned, and I can't even be refunded because of the fact.
If I was banned for a few hours or even a day or two while you investigate I would understand but a week and counting is unacceptable.
