Sorry to hear about your connection issues. We should go through some troubleshooting to see if we can find any issues. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

As far as the missing pack goes, since that is part of your PS+ subscription, you'll need to contact Sony support for assistance.
