I don't think there's much you can do other than close down the game.

Get in the habit of saving more often.

Hi I'm new to this I just looked up on how to fix my screen
My problem is when I was in gallery and I was placing a lot down my screen is stuck the building lot sign is still moving like the house building sign but it won't let me close the window or play the game its been stuck like that for almost a month now and I really need help can someone tell me what to do?

Are you using any mods in your game ?

Did you restart the game ?

Maybe the house had a piece of custom content that was faulty? If so, then you may have to abandon that house and find another.
