Game crashes during loading before I even get to the main menu

This issue has been going on for weeks now and I've just been trying to wait for an update praying that might fix it but I don't think it will. Every time I try to load up the game it gets to the spinning plumbob, glitches a couple times, then crashes. It happens the exact same way every time. I haven't even been able to get to the main menu. I've tried removing all mods and CC, repairing the game, even reinstalling it and nothing works. I'm no tech wizard by any means, actually pretty inept, so I haven't gotten much further than that and I have no idea what else to try. I know my storage is about 83% full on the drive that TS4 is stored on so that's my only theory but I'm having no issues with any other games other than a bit of lag which could also be attributed to my internet. I'm hoping someone might be able to help, all I want to do is play the sims to destress :(

I've attached the DxDiag which shows multiple TS4 crashes because I keep trying new fixes and they never work, and I'll also try and upload my lastcrash file
