Name change

My sim had a baby on sims 4 But i had no idea she had twins, I end up giving them the same name? The menu popped up to name the baby so i did then it popped up again so i thought it just popped up twice! There was nothing to say she had twins ☹️ How can i change one of the babies name so they dont have the same name? I didnt even know it was twins until i looked and seen the baby bed on the other side of the room i thought how did the bed get over here then i LOOKED and i be darn if it wasent another baby and a bed in the same room GRRRRR Please help
