Disable Post-Proccessing in Options>Graphics.

If that doesn't work then... I don't know

Try going into game options and putting it in laptop mode and uncompressed sims textures.

May also be worth a shot to go to the game properties and change the game to 256 colors.

That has not worked for me the thing is i dont know whats wrong with it i go on the characters for instance one of mine is chloe and all her body is yellow same with all my other characters!!! PLEASE HELP ITS SO ANNOYING!!!
