I did, I received some help, and it required me to restart my computer. However, when I returned, the representative already Closed my case even though it is still not fixed. Now I have to open a new case.

This is still not fixed for me.

I have contacted live chat 4 times. Please don't put me in special case.

You should request a call back instead of a chat. Also, you can resume the same case. You don't have to open a new one. This is down by clicking Accounts > My Cases.

    This solution worked for me!

I opened internet explorer and went to the www.Origin.com  website but did not login. I clicked the little gear wheel in the top right corner of the browser.

    Click Internet Options

    Click Security Tab

    Click Trusted Sites

Click Sites in the little box

A window popped up & had the origin web address in the 'add this website to the zone' box.

    Click Add

    Click Close

This solution worked for me also, even though IE isn't my default browser. Weird!

    Thanks for sharing, Hycinthus.

Thanks Hycinthus it worked for me to. But this is working through Origin when I click on the desk top icon. I thought this game was able to be played WITHOUT  th net (great in those sluggish times). Working through Origin it cant be. Have you heard anything about that?

    Thanks again for sharing.🙂

On a friends laptop, i put origin on trusted sites and still didnt work. Then I restarted the the pc and realized it needed a bunch of updates and the antivirus needed to be run and updated. Magically after all that it worked. So idk if the trusted site thing helped or not, just make sure your pc is up to date with everything.
