Re: Sims unable to climb stairs on porch

Can't say why, but redoing the porch did it.

Instead using a deck, I used a flat from the build menu and it seems to have cleared up whatever it was.

I am having this problem too, but nothing I do will work! Any other ideas?

I had the same problem, I tried so many things but nothing worked until today...
try to de-attach the side of the stairs from the house's foundation, In other words, leave space between the house and the side of the stairs.. tell me if that works.

I had the same problem and this works. But it looks really ugly now...

I had the same problem but I managed to solve it by putting the stairs 1 square plot "into" the porch. If that makes any sense. I.e., the stairs were 1square plot too far from the porch. 🙂 let me know if that helped.
