Having the same problem as you beforehand, I think you may of downloaded a certain aspiration mod or something that has caused your game to do this. For me it was the 'MTS_Scumbumbo_ClassClown.package' however, if you don't have this mod then I'm guessing it just may be a certain dodgy aspiration or trait mod you downloaded x
