Repairing my game worked, it just took an extremely long time to repair (Not sure why since I have a fairly quick PC) 

Repairing my game also fixed my previous problems of Sims 4 not opening along with origin, and my households are safe! So if you have the same problem as me, just

repair your game, it worked for me. Hopefully it does for you!
