does that happen when he does certain interactions ? Have you tried repairing your game through Origin ?

    No, it just randomly happens.  I have no idea what you are talking about with the repair through Origin ...

    right click on the game in origin and choose repair game. close the game first

    I've never ever done this before, I am doing so now!

    I have all sims 4 games (except bowling) I have having heaps of glitches like I can't pick up any pets, share the love, put the on the couch etc....basically all the interactions.
