The game won't launch

I have been trying to launch my game for hours. I go to the EA app, click play game, and it tells me that I do not have the game. Things that I have tried include:

1. Repairing the game
2. Uninstalling the EA App and reinstalling it.
3. Uninstalling the Sims game and reinstalling it. 
4. Restarting my computer and making sure it is up to date. 
5. I attempted to move the "The Sims 4" folder out of the "EA GAMES" folder, but it will not let me because it tells me that the file is open in another program... 
6. I also tried running both the EA App and Game as "administrator" and it did not work. 

Help, please.
