I tried the instructions for resetting the game data here:

And it did not help. Similar crash when starting TS4_x64.exe. :-(

Try updating your graphics drivers. Yours are a bit date (Nvidia and Intel chip) and then make sure the game runs on the card and not the chip: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/setting-up-a-graphics-card-gaming-profile/
