Can't complete Aspiration Computer Whiz - Programming for 4 Hours

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I wouldn't know. Maybe try the aspiration with the same packs installed?
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to finish the first phase of the aspiration Computer Whiz. Can't finish the last part 'Programming for 5 hours straight'. My Sim has been playing for hours and it doesn't get the 5th hour. The other hours were completed 2 days (real life) days ago. The last one isn't added. I do see that when I'm supposed to complete the goal I get the points, but the goal isn't checked and I can't move on to the second phase of this aspiration.
What do you expect to see? I want to finish the first part of the aspiration Computer Whiz
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I just started a new game with my main Sims having the aspiration Computer Whiz. I can't complete the first phase, the Programming for 4 Hours Total part. My Sim has 4/5 hours completed and has been programming for hours. I do see that after every hour I gain points, but I don't level up to Phase 2. 

First I though it was a Strangerville related bug, but I started this game after I installed Strangerville. The first 4 points of this goal did work, why am I stuck on the 5th point? 

Already tried resetting my Sim, switching aspirations (after the first goal completed I switched back and still no improvement). Starting to get really annoying. 

Anyone have a suggestion?
