Re: Unrecognized Video Card

I just bought a HP Pavilion 15-ec1008na Laptop (Windows 10) with an AMD Ryzen 5 Processor. I've installed Origin and Sims 4 and was ready to play, then it said that there's an "unrecognized video card" and that it wasn't found on the database and that I should turn down my graphics settings from high. I literally bought this £800 laptop so I could play Sims with good graphics. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? I've waited so long for this product and was so excited to play. If there's something wrong with the laptop, it'll be the second expensive one I've had to send back this month. It has a dedicated graphics card, like my last one, so I wasn't expecting this issue. I've never had it before.
