You are right, I missed the 'no error' part, sorry about that @EZmereee ☹️ And about the pack... I thought City Living was why you contacted support.
This might sound like a weird question but did you press the Submit button under the code after introducing it? I'm asking because depending on your screen resolution, you would need to scroll down to see it:

@EA_Mai Looking back at the buying menu, looks like I don't need to scroll down or anything, but I can't remember if I clicked submit or not, If I didn't it should of at least given me a warning seeing I did insert some text into the box asking for a promo code.

Sorry for the wait. I don't know if doing that would be possible, but I will forward your feedback just in case.
If you decide to purchase any other game before September, try the promo code again. If it was not submitted the first time, it should still work.
Have you already tried your new game? 🙂
