[GF] Separation Anxiety Moodlet Won't Go Away

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have a sim with the Phone Fanatic Quirk, and queue up a bunch of interactions that don't let them play with their phone for a while. They have to be things that they can't multitask during, like swimming or playing video games. 2. When they get the moodlet "Separation Anxiety", just watch. Mine hasn't gone away.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "Separation Anxiety" tense moodlet never goes away and has no countdown timer.
What do you expect to see? The moodlet to wear off after playing with her phone for a while.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I didn't know what frequency to put. I've only had one other sim with the phone fanatic quirk, and while this moodlet was annoying, it never got stuck. Brenda Morgan has had this moodlet for a sim week at least. She has traveled, I've closed the game at least twice, she's played on her phone multiple times, and I've repaired the game through Origin. As seen below, she's even gotten positive moodlets from playing with her phone, and yet the separation anxiety persists.
I started trying to do everything possible with her cell phone, and as soon as I took a selfie, it went away. You may want to remove this one, or mark it solved, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to last as long as it did.
