Haha yeah man hope they fix it soon. No prob!
im currently having the same problem, right after updating to the most recent version of reshade, what can I do to fix it ?
@chaxticdragxn I found that reverting back to a previous version of reshade fixed the problem. I'm currently running version 4.8.2. I assume any version before the most recent release (4.9.0) will still work. You can download a previous version or remove the reshade software altogether. You can find older versions here: https://reshade.me/forum/general-discussion/294-reshade-repository

I had to come on here to thank you. I had the same issue as the OP and I uninstalled reshade 4.91 and downloaded 4.82 and I no longer have the shadow problem. Thank you for the suggestion!
