Re: Sims 4 June 2020 update Crashing PC

So the same exact thing happened to me and I think I know the culprit.

They have updated the window placement and I believe that our old builds and theirs are incompatible with the new build update.

I started a new save file works just fine.  So i think the issue lies in the update on doors and windows.  Sadly until they fix this issue there's nothing we can do.  Everyone has the same exact problem.

I just almost finished a massive rebuild and didnt save any of it to my library so this is very disheartening.  I also have a weird feeling they have no plans to fix this.  With an issue this big they had to have been fully aware that this would cause the issue were having.

There was an update on Origin

Please install that and check if it now works.

  • @cesca1236 Disabling the windows firewall and running origin as admin worked right away for me. Hope everyone else has the same luck! EA needs to fix their crap!!!
