No Door Lock Option

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.77.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Clicking on a room door in played households (except for the one I started off with in the save file).
What happens when the bug occurs? No lock options appear when clicking on doors. Even when moused over, they do not display a highlight outline.
What do you expect to see? The doors should be clickable and display lock options, like they do in my first played household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
