@kiricub164  Is the tombstone on an actual lot?  If so, you could try deleting and replacing the lot.  Bulldozing the lot should remove the tombstone, but if it doesn't, placing another building on top of it should work.

If you use mods or are willing to try one, TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod allows the deletion of objects that aren't normally reachable for various reasons.  Once you deleted the tombstone, you could get rid of the mod too, if you had no reason to keep it.

    I’ve tried all of that and I can bulldoze it because it’s out side the lot. He died right on top of the apartment building so when they go to pick it up it glitches 😩

    @kiricub164  When an item outside a lot can't be picked up or otherwise interacted with, the only other way I know of to remove it is with the T.O.O.L. mod.  Have you tried it?  I understand if you don't want to use mods in general, but the game itself just doesn't have a good way to deal with these issues.

    I guess you could try having your sims mourn or do another interaction aside from picking up the tombstone, that is if there are other interactions available.  Sometimes that unsticks an item, at least enough to remove it later.

    haha my game is full of mod I have tried that now it didn't work. Looks like I'm stuck with it

    @kiricub164 Have you tried creating a klepto Sim and trying to swipe it or if you have ROM you can try destroy it with fire.
