Hello, so just wanted to say that all the pre-order items from highschook years have disappeared in my my game I can't seem to find them. And keep getting the items removed notification.

If you check the order history on your EA account, are you seeing a completed transaction there for this pack?
Yes. I had the item before, they were being used in some of my saves, but when I load those saves, I got the items removed notifications.
