How do I get my sims4 redeeming code?

My sims4 is requiring a redeeming code I’ve never got an email with said code, how do I resend the email to get the code?

    @Lostplayer054 Are you logging into a new account or using the same account as before? If you bought the game through Origin the game is automatically activated to the Origin account. The code is only a registration code and activation code. Once the game is in Origin the code the license is approved and the code is no longer be usedas the license is active and can not be transferred.or redeemed again. You need to log into the Origin account you were using before. As this is a an open public forum for users by users, accounts can not be accessed here. You will have to contact EA support for help with your account(s).

    @Lostplayer054 Check Origin purchase history. Are you using the Origin account you bought the game? The code has to be activated and it is then locked to the email in use at that time. Once the game is activated to your Origin account you can change the email address.

    add: as the game should have automatically activated to the Origin account you used to buy the game.

    @Lostplayer054  I'm not sure if this is the code it is looking for, but if you click once on TS4 in Origin, then from the TS4 game page that comes up, click the little gear icon to the right of the "Start" button. Select. "Game Properties" from the drop down menu. There should be a CD key there. Again, I'm not sure if that is what it is looking for, but worth a shot?

    I check my order history and I doesn’t appear to be there, which is odd because I’ve been playing it for over a year now. I changed my wi-fi a few weeks ago and origin had me sign in again. This is when the “please redeem game” problem began. Not sure if this is important when I bought sims4 my email had not been receiving emails, but it does now. I only have one account.

    @roberta591 I’m going to try and see if there could possibly be another account although I’m sure I only have one. If it is my account that I made the purchase from is there a way to get the redeeming code again?

    @roberta591 I used the wrong email when I logged in I recovered the old account! Thank you for all you help and I’m sorry for wasting your time. Thank you again I’m so relieved!

    @Lostplayer054 No problem. Enjoy the game. The code is an activation code. Once used it is locked to that account and can not be re used.
