Hi, can anyone help me!!
I have 11 Add on, and Discs too and I see them in my library and can not click on them, but some are digital and some are Discs.
once in at the screen of my list of worlds they are not showing?
I have reinstalled Origin.
These games are for Sims4..Sorry forgot to say.
Also while in Game play on Sims 4 , I am having to click on my sim 4 or 5 times and zoom in and out to bring up the menu of what I want my sims to do, it happens to all the household, its very annoying and sluggish.
EL670419 Which worlds are missing? Do you see any other content from those packs in-game?
Please also let me know whether the packs are listed as installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. I'm not sure from your description if that's what you mean.
For the performance issue, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

As you can see from the picture I have all in the list installed in my Ea App.
EL670419 I actually wanted the full dxdiag, saved as a text file. The info you've posted is only a fraction of what the full file contains.
As for your installed packs, are you saying that none of the worlds that come with these EPs are present in your game? Do you see any other content from these packs? Please check and let me know. There are multiple potential issues here and I need to be sure which one you're seeing.
