@haako40 Sounds like the game can't load the picture for some reason.

Moving this to tech for troubleshooting.

So far I've only seen this happing for the gallery or other elements that need an online connection but for the portrait this is weird.

Could you try repairing your game by right-clicking on it in Origin ?
