Re: Can these laptops run sims 4 full version with all the dlc, with high settings?

@luciebellee  I would say the new one is a little better, but probably not $100 better.  Its graphics card is faster, although they're in the same category.  The hard drive is slower, at least if we're talking about the laptop with a 560X and a 256 GB SSD.  Whether you want slightly higher graphics settings or much shorter loading is more about personal preference than anything else.

A 256 GB hard drive is more than enough for Sims 4, all packs, a giant pile of mods and custom content, and whatever other apps like browsers you'd want installed.  The game and all its packs together take up about 50 GB, the most cc I've ever heard someone say they had is about 80 GB (which is more than I could ever imagine using), and you'd want to set aside another 50 GB for Windows itself and the space it needs to maneuver.  So, given that hard drives aren't quite as large as they claim, you'd still have about 40-45 GB left over even if you went totally overboard on custom content.  Apps like browsers and music players are quite small; it's only when you start storing data that you need more space.

If you'd like other options, let me know, but either of these would be fine.

Thank you so much for your answers, ive decided to buy the laptop with:

     - Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3550H Processor
    - Operating System Windows 10 Home
    - Memory 8GB DDR4
    - Storage 512GB SSD
    - Graphic nVidia GTX1650 , with 4GB, VRAM

Because with 512 gb sd card I'll be safe if i ever want to download another game. With this laptop the sims 4 will run smoothly too right? Sorry i ask so much im a noob at this

@luciebellee  You don't ask too many questions, especially given the kind of purchase you're looking to make.  This laptop is clearly better than the others, primarily because its graphics card is significantly faster, maybe 40-50% in gaming (though the gap is probably somewhat smaller in Sims 4).  So any games you'd like to play, Sims 4 or otherwise, will benefit.  An Nvidia 1650 should have no problem running Sims 4 on ultra settings, and it can handle much more demanding games on medium or high settings as well.

The 512 GB SSD is also more than enough space for several large games.  I don't know what you might want to play, but even several more ~60 GB games would fit comfortably alongside Sims 4.
