Can these laptops run sims 4 full version with all the dlc, with high settings?

@luciebellee I would say the new one is a little better, but probably not $100 better. Its graphics card is faster, although they're in the same category. The hard drive is slower, at least if we're talking about the laptop with a 560X and a 256 GB SSD. Whether you want slightly higher graphics settings or much shorter loading is more about personal preference than anything else.
A 256 GB hard drive is more than enough for Sims 4, all packs, a giant pile of mods and custom content, and whatever other apps like browsers you'd want installed. The game and all its packs together take up about 50 GB, the most cc I've ever heard someone say they had is about 80 GB (which is more than I could ever imagine using), and you'd want to set aside another 50 GB for Windows itself and the space it needs to maneuver. So, given that hard drives aren't quite as large as they claim, you'd still have about 40-45 GB left over even if you went totally overboard on custom content. Apps like browsers and music players are quite small; it's only when you start storing data that you need more space.
If you'd like other options, let me know, but either of these would be fine.
