@Brogani1  Are you saying Origin won't download it or that it downloads but doesn't show up in-game?  If it doesn't download, restart your computer, open your Origin game library, and repair the game: right-click on the Sims 4 icon and select Repair.  Then try to download the kit again.

If it's downloaded but doesn't show, please post your game version.  Load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen or in the lower-right corner.  Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.

    Hi I am having a similar problem I think. I bought the new kit, I got the confirmation emails, it downloaded from the EA launcher but when I go to play the game its not there and its not even listed in the kits section. My game version is 1.84.197.1030

    @alexmapess  You're one patch level behind, specifically the patch that supports the new kit.  So it's not surprising the kit wouldn't show up.  Update your game in Origin and look again.

    If the update doesn't work, either it doesn't go through or your patch level stays the same (check in-game to make sure), clear Origin's cache:

    and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  Then right-click and select Update.

    @puzzlezaddict Origin won't download it. I just finished repairing my game and it's still not showing up. It's listed as "Owned" on my packs list in the game and Origin has a notification saying that there's a new pack ready for install, but there's no option to install it. It's not listed in my Download Manager in Origin either.
