Re: Epic Games DLC not showing up on my game despite EA App saying they're installed

@NumberedBeats  Please open Revo again and make sure it can't find a copy of Sims 4.  If it does, let Revo uninstall it.

Reinstall the game through Steam, along with all the DLC you own there.  Open the EA App and download the packs listed there, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.  This should include the content from Epic.  Make sure the App does NOT try to download another copy of the base game.  The packs should install into the Steam version's folder, and then everything should load when you open the game again.

I made sure that there are no longer any Sims 4 copy on my laptop using Revo before downloading via Steam my copy of TS4 + my DLCs there. Upon opening the EA App, the only download button I saw is from this page:

Should I select that Download button? If I do that, will I just get another copy of the base game or is that just a necessity to play the game from the EA App? Btw, according to the Manage Add-ons box, all my DLCs are already installed:

    EDIT:

I checked the EA App right after posting this reply, and instead of "Download" it now says "Play":

Does that mean the game's good now? Or is there something else I'm missing? Thank you!

@NumberedBeats  Please double-check the Manage add-ons list to make sure all the packs you own from Epic are listed as installed.  If they are, but they're not loading in-game, please run searches for their folders.

The folders are GP06, SP01, and SP24.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for the others.

All of my DLCs are showing up! Thank you!

Although, when I opened my save file, this dialog box showed up:

Is this related to my previous issue or is this something different? Thanks!

@NumberedBeats  This is likely a different issue.  Please try a double load: choose Load Game rather than Resume, load the household from the Manage Worlds screen, and as soon as you get kicked back to Manage Worlds, try again to load that same household.  Don't quit or go back to the Main Menu.

If that doesn't help, please let me know whether you can load a different household within the same save, and if so, whether the new sims can invite over the old ones or visit their lot.

As always, it's worth testing without your Mods folder if there's anything in it at all aside from Resource.cfg.

I checked it. My mods were the ones causing the error. Thank you for your help!
