It sounds like you're logging in with the wrong account. If all your DLC's and even your playtime is missing, then I can't think of anything else that could be causing it. Do you have any other email addresses you might have used when making an EA account? If so, I'd try to log in with those to see if you can find your account that way.

If that doesn't work (Or if you can't remember making any other accounts), try reaching out to our live support team. Hopefully they can help you find your missing DLC's.
