@DUONUMBERONE  Your dxdiag shows a couple of errors related to the Nvidia graphics driver, so the place to start is with a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver.  Here's how:

If the manufacturer for your laptop offers an Nvidia driver, please use that, at least for now.  (I can't find much information on the company, but I think it's just a rebrand of Clevo laptops, so it may not offer much in the way of drivers.)  Otherwise, you can use the newest driver from Nvidia:
