@Receivingss  It looks like you just switched Sims 4 to DirectX 9 mode?  Did that solve your issue?

Separately, it also looks like you have a lot of background apps open.  If you didn't open all of these yourself, you might want to check the Task Manager's Startup section for anything that's set to start with Windows but doesn't need to be open.  Disabling these apps on startup wouldn't make them stop working; they just wouldn't open until you told them to do so.

If you want me to look over your list of startup apps, feel free to post screenshots.  Use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen.

@Receivingss  Please try playing in a clean boot:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd

The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run.  Disable the rest as described.

When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be enabled.  If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.

Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window.

@puzzlezaddict  Okay after all that it worked but then my game started acting weird with the simology panel as well as career and inventory. I was not able to click them.I also had to force close my game via power button.. i think some of it had to do with being in fullscreen mode. As for the inventory, career & simology panels i have no clue.

@Receivingss  Please try with no mods or custom content.  If that doesn't help, remove any files in ConfigOverride, in the same Sims 4 folder.
