Horrible update!!

I've wondered what's going on. The app is not working correctly. I can't play my game for very long. It keeps kicking me out of it so I have to constantly save it. Even that doesn't help because sometimes it doesn't go back to the correct save. Quit livestreaming and fix the game!!!

I choose resume game and then I get never-ending load screen :( I want to cry because of course I'm off work tomorrow and now can't even play!!

I have the same exact problem. I cant even play the game because nothing works. No matter how many times I try to uninstall and install the game. Do you also have a white screen when you try to create a new game and then it closes the whole game? 

I had the same problem. Then I uninstalled the game and installed it again. Then when I tried to load the game, the house wasnt there and also they couldnt move anywhere because they had no money. 

Yes! I want to cry! All of my time wasted building multiple houses, businesses and families now gone because of this stupid update

MzViciouz30  Are you saying your content disappeared, or you can't use it because trying to load it causes a problem?  Please describe exactly what you're seeing now, including what happens when you try to load a save if you still have them available.

mysticfairy1  Are you saying the game is crashing, or something else?  Does it happen with no mods or custom content present?  (You don't need to save your progress; this would just be for testing.)

You can always choose the correct save by clicking Load Game rather than Resume.

Jennsinkona  If you click Load Game and choose a different, previously-unplayed household within your main save, does it load?  What about an entirely new save?  I'm not saying you need to delete your current household or save; this is just a test.

After the game loads to main menu I receive sim delivery error message. Unknown error and an error code. When trying to play/load recent save, I have an error message “the game failed to save, please exit to main menu and then click play to reload the game. Error code: 22.” recover a previous saved game it does nothing. Tried to create a new game and it is a blank white screen then it closed out. When creating from a scenario it allows me to create but going to manage worlds all of my recent households are all gone. When I go to manage households or my saved library, it’s a big red thin X across each box.

I am saying at least once or two times a gaming session my game will crash. I've tried vanilla and it does the same thing. I'm not the only one experiencing this. Several of my friends are having the same problem. It's like a game within the game to try to save and save before it crashes. Also, my point is having the game crashing would seem to be something that gets resolved quickly. I'm still getting kicked out and have to split my time on the game so I might finish a task or milestone I'm working on. 

mysticfairy1  There are a lot of reasons the game might crash, even vanilla.  And it's difficult to resolve them, for the player and potentially for EA in the case of game bugs, without more information.

Is there a pattern to your crashing, for example when your sims try to travel, especially to a certain lot or world?  Or maybe the crashes happen at the same sim-time of day, or when your sims perform a certain action?  Even if the crashes appear random, please try to think about what was going on at the time—even a particular inactive sim visiting could be a problem.
