This is the error that is popping up. It was happening to High School Years and Toddler Stuff but Toddler stuff finally did download successfully. High School Years is still stopping at 14%

• Platform? If PC, What client?: EA App (Windows 10)

• Describe what is happening for you? Download stuck on 14%. App cache was cleared repeatedly, EA Launcher app was de- and reinstalled as well.
• What expansion, game pack or stuff pack do you have this issue with? High School Years
• When did this start happening for you? Purchased EP today, haven't been able to install and play it because of the error.
• What steps can we take to find the bug ourselves?  Buy and install the EP.
• What do you expect to see? Being able to install the EP and play it.
• What troubleshooting have you tried already? Clear app cache, de- and reinstall EA Launcher.
• What is your current game version number? Version1.98.127.1030
• Do you play TS4 through EA Play / EA Pro Sub? Is your Sub active? No to all.
• Can you see a completed purchase in your Order History for the EP/GP/SP? Yes.

I tried to repair my game and the holiday pack would be stuck on 14% other packs would too.
