Re: SIMS 4 constantly crashing (unplayable). January 10th 2025

I don't play with mods and my game is crashing for the first time on my computer (2021 Mac IOS 14.6). I go months at a time not playing, so I just assume I am hitting a rough spot and EA needs to patch. This game is old and popular, I am so confused why this game breaks so much. EA has truly lost its touch. They need to do better in a lot of areas, but especially the crashing and game-breaking. This makes someone like me not want to play, then I won't check back on an update for three months. I would buy more packs if the game wasn't so trifling.

    @puzzlezaddict SOLVED honestly, before you replied i had found another reply you had made to a different post about updating BIOS, i went and did that and found my computer had stopped updating its driver in july, installed all relevant drivers and BOOM no more crashing.

    you have a gift sir. Thank you from the bottom of my cold dark heart...

    ps i hope EA are paying you, for your talents, ive been browsing the forums i see how much work you do... >:E
