Re: Horse ranch code/preorder content issues

Well how funny I did contact them and they told me it was EA's issue not theirs because there isn't any issue with the code itself. I've heard before of bonus content missing from keys if you buy from third party retailers, but never the other way around in which you get the bonus content (unusable as i'm not even able to download that into my game) and no expansion!

I have the same issue with not getting the bonus. Purchased the code from K i n g u i n, downloaded the pack yesterday when it was available for download, but did not get the bonus.

I tried both still no game

@Zeroain my order it did not say that the bonus is not included.

I looked again on their page and they sure sell that part seperatly. What a mess! So I purchased the bonus code just now. Will check my game now if I got it

@LuvMySimzif you buy third party, it has to say "it is included" not the other way around. If there is no indication, that there is a pre order bonus, in the description you get just the DLC without any bonus. i had to to buy the second key myself today for a couple of euro.

I got 2 codes from the reseller one of the codes says "invalid format check that you entered correctly" I think this one is the game and then the other one wich I think is the bonus items says "alredy claimed" wich is probobly by me so why does the one that contain the game says wrong format? I did copy it straight from the site so I shouldnt have entered it incorrectly or anything. I tried everything Ive tried repairing EA ap, repeairing sims 4, restarted my computer multiple times gone offlkine and online again, deleted the cache files, removed mods nothing works it still dosent say I own horse ranch and the code still dosen't work and I've contacted G2a but no answer. And I heard more people have the same problem no matter what site they bought from...I just wan't to play can you please prioritise fixing that something we bought dosen't even show up for us as owned. I dont wish to rebuy the game a second time exately...

You say that you copied it from the site that may mean that you by accident also copied a space before or after the code. Try typing it in. If that does not work you must contact the seller.
