@492b34fa77a02f84  The App does this automatically even if you tell it not to.  I would guess it's a "feature"; Origin used to do the same thing.

If you want to disable certain packs, that's simple enough:

If you want the packs gone from your computer, you can try deleting their folders.  Each pack has one within [install path]\The Sims 4.  I don't think the EA App will try to reinstall them, after the first time, if you also have automatic game updates enabled, but I'm not totally sure either way.

If you do delete the packs and the App reinstalls them again anyway, let me know; I have another idea for how to block the downloads.
