@babyhaily4_20 Did the game work when you moved the Sims 4 folder to the desktop? If so, great, now you can start adding back your saves and other existing content and testing. If Sims 4 still doesn't open, please provide a dxdiag.

I have the same issues, my game is stuck on white screen after clicking New Game.
I have tried to making new The Sims 4 folder but the game still doesn't work.
@thisislilyyy Did you add anything to the new Sims 4 folder before testing it? If so, please try again, except with nothing in the new folder at all other than what the game creates.
If that doesn't or didn't work, please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game: open the App game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > REpair.
