Hi, I've alr installed the game files on the external drive and yet EA app doesn't recognize it. It says to "download" but I've alr downloaded the game on my external! And it didn't create a shortcut when I'm sure I checked that button. Thank you, hope someone answers.

catorujennie If you still need help, just try to "download" the game to the location where the files already exist. Sometimes the App doesn't recognize an install, but it may detect the data and simply finalize the process rather than reinstalling everything.
hi i still need help. i can't update it now because i toggled off auto update and i just toggled it on but it didn't update automatically now.
