Unplayable
I downloaded the Sims 4 and the game was there but stated i needed to install some game packs. I downloaded them but now can't play the game. It said I was able to play it in Steam, downloaded it but still can't play.

CLBDG Sorry for the late reply. When you say you can't play, what happens when you try? If you see an error message, please post a screenshot. Please also let me know whether you have in fact redeemed the game in Steam, and if so, whether you own any packs there that you don't own through the EA App.
