@mimika131  Are you trying to run the standard version of Sims 4 or the Legacy Edition?  The graphics chip integrated into your processor doesn't support 64-bit games compiled for Intel and AMD processors, as Sims 4 is.  (There's a way developers can make affected apps compatible, but the Sims 4 development team hasn't done this yet.)  So if you haven't already downloaded the LE, please do so now.

If the LE won't launch either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
