@full951 it's a highly desired way to play by the those who can't play the game the original way and have to have an edge over the average console player.
It's called using an unfair advantage over one another, destroying fair play.
Stick to the controller and stop trying to make up excuses, if you have a hard time playing with a controller, than don't play all together.
A pc is to expensive? a minimal gaming pc costs less than a ps4 pro.

The only way for it to work and be fair is to exclude all the keyboard+mouse players to their own lobbies. Meaning you'll be only facing other players with using a keyboard and mouse, but you don't want that, you'll lose and have a hard time getting any kills at all.
