Re: Bad_module_info

Ive been running into crashes with the game, so I updated my drivers (Adrenalin 2019 19.2.1) which has support for APEX legends. Drivers can be seen here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-19-2-1

I thought I had fixed the issue, until now ive been getting a completely new error on crashes (bad_module_info) as seen here: http://prntscr.com/mj07q2

The crashes normally happen during the drop or as soon as I land. It happens nearly every game and is extremely frustrating.

Im running a nitro+ Rx 480 8gb, plenty of RAM (16 Gb ddr4) and an i5 6600k

Is anyone else getting this error?

I am having the exact same issue. My configuration is set up of RX480 8gb vram and 16gb of ram with an i5-6500 so it is quite similar to yours. I am starting to believe that the issue might be with our GPU. Wonder what it could be... anyway, hopefully we get it resolved soon. Please notify me if you fix it, somehow! Thanks

  • Ive tried to disable full screen optimizations and run the program as administrator, as well as turn windows "game mode" off.

Still getting crashes. Maybe you can try that and it will work for you.
