Re: server timeout
Even after today's update I still have this issue. I try to queue with friends and it says for them I'm in their lobby but I can't ready up because on my screen I'm not in there party, I also cant invite anyone and according to apex I'm in a party with 0/0 people in it. You'd think the solution to this would be to restart my game but after this glitch if I restart my game I get an infinite loading screen.
After doing some of the things mentioned below I am occasionally able to get into lobbies with friends but only for a few games. I'll know the glitch has come back when my teammates are suddenly listed as level 1 and I can click the ready button but can't ready up or leave the party
For anyone else having the issue these are the only solutions I have found to fix the issue
- Restarting my computer USUALLY lets me play for a few games
- Verifying the integrity of my game files also works but I find I need to do it multiple times in a day
- If you get the bug after verifying the integrity of your files you need to restart your computer no amount of verification attempts will further help
There have been several updates now and it still isn't fixed I just want to play the game. It should probably be noted that reseting the DNS and unlinking steam didn't help at all, not that it would matter very much because when I try to link my account to steam just to see if I can it says page not found anyway.
