I’m having the same issue and none of these trouble shooting suggestions are working 

Can you share the UO Trace you ran when you did the troubleshooting steps @jacobcuh? This will allow us to take a look at your connection.

When an issue such as this appear we need to troubleshoot them @uJamBo. I've been playing Apex Legends on and off throughout the day and not see any issues. If you are seeing an issue then we would ask that you go through the troubleshooting steps I posted above and share your UO Trace with us. Generally, if there was an issue with the servers it would affect everyone and not just a few. As the number of reports is so low we need as much information as possible to investigate.

I get same error but it says ( code:leaf )

Hello @EA_Darko and community in case, I am a player of Apex and Streamer, I have followed the progress of this error in particular, and apologize for my English and the size of my description in this post, but I already contacted the support of the EA of Brazil and together with some specialists of the company itself, in which they made several tests with me and with the game, and they had no solution to this case of error code: wheel.

The fact is ...

When you start the lobby of choice of legends in the game a red symbol appears in the upper right of the screen, as it is present in the print below.

And after the Legend selection lobby this red symbol disappears, and the game remains normal.

However in random periods during the game another red symbol appears, one resembling a red speedometer and another that looks like two lines with 3 points each. And when that appears the game freezes and I'm disconnected from the lobby.

OBS. I, along with the Brazilian EA Support Team and experts, tried almost everything for almost 2 hours on a link to solve the problem, within some options of connection problems, internet problems, problems with mouse softwares, keyboard and communion as the discord where everyone was disabled for testing and nothing was solved, we suspect it to be some problem in the update but I'm not sure of that! So I come humbly to ask for your help in this case.

my game is not freezing it says connection timeout (code:leaf) when I try to ready for a match ! I have to quit and open the game few times to make it work …

I did all the procedures, and I thank the tip, but for some research I did, I that the red symbols that appear during my gameplay are symbols referring to latency variation and packet loss, but I have been testing my connection and she is normal, and no problem at all!

Never had a single disconnect when the game first launched. Three weeks ago these disconnects started happening every other match. This is the only game I have connection issues with. Went through all the network diagnostics I could to see if the problem was on my end. Eventually, I had to turn on my VPN to get around this. I can play the game just fine now.

The problem is with the servers.

Of course the problem is with their game... They think we're * and will accept any excuse... Broken game... Sigh

Just tried to use VPN also and no more disconnects. A terrible lag but no more disconnects...

The reason I asked you to try those steps @Sp4ceb4lls is because the error message you are seeing is the same that users in that thread experienced. Many were able to fix the issue by following the steps shared in that thread.

If the issue is fixed by using a VPN then this would generally point to the issue being with the home network or connection @Bakki87.

Have you had a chance to try the steps I posted above and if so can you share your UO Trace.

Well, @EA_Darko, I did the UOTracing tests, msinfo and DxDiag, along with Ea's support team and experts in Brazil, but they did not find anything wrong, if I could take a look at the tests, I appreciate it!

Well, besides a player that loves the Game a lot I'm a Streamer and I work with it,
and with those problems happening they hurt me too much! If I can help, I would be very grateful. 

Looking at your UO Trace @WFX-iRevolttz and while generally it's okay you do have some very high ping times showing which can cause an issue.

Is it possible to set your mobile phone as a hotspot and connect using it to see if the issue remains? 

As for the DxDiag and other files, we would need you to post them in English if possible. It's difficult enough reading a DxDiag and more so when it is in a language you do not understand.

I understood @EA_Darko.

Yes I did the test using another internet connection and the problem persisted, I also tested with my hotspot from my cell phone and also the problem persisted.

I have read the language of my tests of my msinfo and DxDiag is in the Portuguese language because my Windows is in Portuguese. But I can try to change the language of my windows so that the result comes out in English.

OBS. I did tests in other games, and the more curious is that the problem only exists in Apex, already in the other 8 games u did the connection test this problem did not exist. Also I mentioned during the 2 hours of connection with the support of Brazil, that was not having this problem with other games, and since they did not find anything wrong in my computer, nor in the connection, and they recommended me to come to this topic to pass on my experience on the fact. The point is that I really wanted to play, but with this problem it is impossible!

Ok, here's my UO Trace

I took my computer to the house of a friend of mine to see if the problem that was happening was with my connection, but again the problem persisted, and before my game disconnected it froze and the following symbol appeared on my screen ...

Any statement?

I have the same issue almost every single game i play. It is 100% the new update. I am a huge apex player and would play hours almost every day. And only until this new update has it decided to give me this error code. I’m done playing until it’s fixed. 

I'm having the same issues as everybody else could not even finish a game always says server timed out code wheel unable to connect. I have contacted the cable company open all my ports

When will you guys admit its YOUR servers and on your side? How come the game developers always blame the players
