    I've solved the problem.

The problem has nothing to do with my connection, nor is it related to "stereo" sound settings in the output device options of Windows.

The problem is related to some incompatibility between the game and the installation location.

    Let's explain:

A few days ago I played Apex with it installed on a secondary HDD, while the system was stored on a primary SSD. I had no audio related issues under these conditions for every days.

About 7 days ago, I installed a new SSD with more storage space on my PC, since then, to reduce loading times, I decided to transfer all my games to it. Just after installing Apex on the SSD, I had problems with audio at least once every game.

Yesterday after several tests, configurations, searches for drivers, etc., I found some tips envolve moving the installation location, and after returning the game to the HDD, the problem was simply solved, with me having played more than 20 games without any audio bug.

Still I know the problem is not related to the use of SSD or HDD specifically, even because I have seen reports of people who have the game installed on HDD or SSD and have the same problem.

Anyway I will leave here the models of my storage devices:

    SSD: Kingston 480GB A400 - SA400S37 / 480G
    HDD: Western Digital 1TB - WD10EZEX
